4. AI-Specific Data Handling
humanOS uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to deliver its core optimization features. We want to be transparent about how your data interacts with these systems:
Pattern Recognition and Learning
Our AI analyzes your schedule, task completion patterns, energy preferences, and behavioral data to build a personalized optimization model. This model is unique to your account and is used solely to improve your experience.
Data Isolation
Your personal optimization model and data are isolated from other users. We do not use your individual data to train models for other users or share your personalized insights with third parties.
Aggregated and Anonymized Data
We may use aggregated, de-identified data (which cannot be linked back to you) to improve our AI algorithms, conduct research, and enhance the overall platform. This data does not contain any personally identifiable information.
AI Recommendations
All AI-generated recommendations (such as optimized schedules, break suggestions, and productivity insights) are advisory in nature. You retain full control over whether to accept or reject any suggestion.
5. Data Storage and Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including:
Encryption
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption.

Strict role-based access controls limit who within our organization can access user data.
Secure Authentication
Passwords are hashed using bcrypt with salting. Sessions are managed with signed, httpOnly JWT tokens.
Infrastructure
Our services are hosted on secure, SOC 2-compliant cloud infrastructure with regular security audits.
While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
