Aggregated and Anonymized Data

AI Recommendations

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Third-Party Services

We use select third-party services to operate and improve the platform. These providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data:

  • Stripe: Payment processing. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • Cloud hosting providers: Infrastructure and data storage services that comply with industry security standards.
  • Analytics services: To understand usage patterns and improve the Service. Data is collected in aggregate where possible.
  • Integration partners: When you connect third-party apps (Google, Slack, etc.), data flows are governed by both our policy and the partner's privacy policy.

You can update your account information, change your subscription plan, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your account remains active until the end of the current billing period.

  • Your personal data and AI optimization models are deleted within 30 days.
  • Backup copies are purged within 90 days.
  • Certain data may be retained if required by law (e.g., financial transaction records).
